Metropolitan will look at providing venture capital to assist new construction businesses and opportunities.

For example, we have recently started a joint venture with a local Quantity Surveyor. The surveyor who has gained experience from working with a number of large residential developers, was keen to work on his own account but lacked sufficient financial capital to get started. Metropolitan stepped in and assisted with the purchase of land, while the surveyor’s capital was released for the construction. A new company was formed with profits subsequently split equally between the partners once land cost expenditure had been repaid to us
