New long term letting on Bilport Lane, Wednesbury

Metropolitan are pleased to announce a letting of four units on their Bilport Lane Industrial Estate to Ecka Granules Metal Powders on new long term lease. The accommodation totalling over 50,000 sq.ft. includes 4,000 sq.ft. of new offices. Ecka Granules will relocate to Wednesbury from their existing Birmingham premises over the next three months.

The parties have entered into lease for a term of 15 years incorporating rental review each fifth year.

Commenting on the transaction, Christian Broadhurst of Metropolitan said. “We are delighted to welcome Ecka Granules to Bilport Lane and wish them every success in the future”.

Solihull-based Chartered Surveyor Michael Sheppard advised Metropolitan on the transaction.
