Metropolitan have a dedicated residential development team available to handle new schemes typically ranging in size from 0.25 acre to 6 acres (0.10 ha to 2.43 ha). This may involve the redevelopment of existing industrial premises for example, or more straightforward ‘greenfield’ construction.

We will also consider working with landowners on a joint venture basis. Whether we buy land and buildings outright or work together with the existing owner we are confident that we are able to achieve maximum value for all concerned.
